This hdpe butt fusion welding machines is able to weld pipes and fittings with material pe pipe, hdpe pipe, operation easily and suitable for any complex work condition. It consists of basic frame, hydraulic unit, planning tool, heating plate, support for planning tool & heating plate, and optional parts.
Main Body
The main body supports and center the plastic pipes with two fixed and two movable clamps.
Using the hydraulic pressure on the system, the two pistons on the carrying metal bars move the clamps forward and backward and supply the necessary movement for the welding process.
Milling Cutter
The milling cutter is the tool which clean and smooth the both ends of the pipes before the heating process.
Heater
The pipe ends will be heated by this heater before the welding process. The setting of the heater will be done by the thermostat on the plates. Butt welding machine PTFE-coated heating element and uniform surface temperature.
Application
There are different size and operation for meeting different customer’s requirement.
1. Mentioned Series are based on the standard and regular hand-held socket welder with a new controller for overheat protection and easy operation.
2. Digital series add a digital controller and screen for improving the accuracy of the heating temperature. The temperature range can set as demand of different plastic pipes & fittings, required fusing temperature can fix and display on the screen, environment temperature will be adjusted and updated automatically, over-temperature will be alarmed automatically and etc. This provides a more excellent fusing result.
